Safety
Concerns - Raised Beds in Secure Gardens
All
secure garden doors are currently locked and raised beds are cordoned
off with caution tape due to the shifting and loosening of the
bricks. The raised beds cannot be permanently repaired using
the existing materials.
A
decision has been made to remove the raised beds starting May
20 so that gardens can be opened for residents and visitor use.
The area will be grassed and container garden will continue this
year.
A
group has been formed to develop a long term plan for the secure
gardens.
