- Complete a Volunteer Registration Form
- Complete a Volunteer Confidentiality Statement
- Provide a Criminal Reference and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Complete a Fairhaven reference form for two personal references (not relatives)
- Attend a volunteer orientation where you will receive a Volunteer
Handbook and written volunteer placement description.
