Fairhaven
provides a caring, homelike
setting serving the needs of adults requiring long term care in
the Peterborough area. Fairhaven staff and volunteers, in collaboration
with our residents and their families, are committed to providing
a full range of programs and services to meet individual and group
needs. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in enhancing the
quality of life and upholding the dignity of our residents, and
promoting wellness. By living our values everyday, we are accountable

Agreement (L-SAA)
The
Service Accountability Agreement between the Central East Local
Health Integration Network and the Corporation of City of Peterborough
and the Corporation of the County of Peterborough in respect to
Fairhaven is available for your review. This L-SAA came into effect
on July 1, 2010.
